Get to know us.

  • You can request health records from any clinic, hospital, or specialist in Canada. We handle the forms and paperwork, and your provider sends the records directly to you. Availability depends on each provider’s process and applicable laws.

  • Most medical records requests are completed within 1-4 weeks, depending on provider response times and legal requirements. We track the request for you so you don’t have to follow up.

  • Yes. Medda lets you securely share your medical history with a new physician, specialist, or caregiver. You decide who sees your records and for how long. Access is time-limited and can be revoked anytime.

  • Yes. Medda is designed to comply with Canadian privacy and health information laws. Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can revoke access at any time.

  • Yes. Medda supports delegated access so you can request and share records on behalf of a child, parent, or loved one with their consent or your legal authority (such as parent/guardian status or power of attorney).
