Feel prepared when
you navigate care.

Medda organizes your health history into a clear summary, and gives you one secure place to manage and share your full story.

Your information is out there.
We store it with you.

Your health information is scattered across clinics, hospitals, and systems that don't share with each other.

You piece it together from memory, repeat your story at every appointment, and hope nothing gets missed.

Less fax.
More facts.

  • All your records, organized and yours to manage. Share with any provider, at any appointment, on your terms.

  • Key information from across your care history, written in plain language and reviewed by a physician.

  • Whether you're seeing a new specialist, moving provinces, or in an emergency, your records are already organized and ready to share.

  • Nothing important gets missed because you forgot a date, a clinic name, or which specialist said what.

Plaform fees.

Each update to your Health Story includes a processing fee that supports the technology used to structure clinically relevant information into a summary. This fee is not for the release of records, medical care, or access to clinicians.

If you were referred through a physician, your one-time processing fee will be waived.

  • Yes. Your information is handled securely and only accessed with your permission.

  • Not always. Your health summary is based on the records received at the time it is created. If some records are delayed or unavailable, they may not be included.

  • No. The health summary does not diagnose, assess, or provide medical advice.

It organizes information from your existing health records into a clear, easy-to-read overview. It’s designed to help you understand what information exists and bring it into your care conversations with your providers.
